Damian Ward
Damian is a commercial lawyer with over 25 years’ experience. Whilst Damian commenced his career as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, he now provides a full range of services, advice and perspectives to clients in addressing commercial issues or problems that arise in business life. Damian places an emphasis on assisting in finding the prompt, efficient and effective solutions intended to enhance and expand the profitability of his clients’ businesses. Damian is the author of the Contract Negotiation Handbook (John Wiley-1997).
